At the end of the last session, 8 out of 10 participants raised their hands, saying they would love a longer journey — so let’s dive in and take a longer, deeper journey inward. This extended session includes 80 minutes of breathing. If that sounds like a lot, know that once you enter the meditative breathwork state, your sense of time naturally shifts, and you’ll be surprised by how quickly it passes.

In this workshop, we will experience Conscious Connected Breathwork. This type of breathwork takes you beyond the stories and chatter of your mind, allowing you to encounter yourself on a deeper level.

Through the breath, you’ll have the opportunity to release and move through old energy, emotions, and trauma you may have been carrying, while also opening yourself up to soul-stirring insights, creative inspiration, heart-opening experiences, and a deeper connection and clarity.
