Conscious Connected Somatic Breathwwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork is transformative. It takes you beyond the masks you consciously and unconsciously wear, allowing you to encounter yourself on a deeper level and helping you release and move through old energy, emotions, and trauma you’ve been carrying. This type of breathwork can also lead to soul-stirring revelations, a surge of creativity, heart-opening experiences, and a deeper connection to Source.
This deep, therapeutic work empowers you to embrace a lighter, freer, and more resilient version of yourself.
Some things to keep in mind:
♾️ Conscious Connected Breathwork is suitable for both individual and group settings.
♾️ Sessions typically take 90 minutes.
♾️ Breathwork should be done in a comfortable space, where you have privacy, space to lie down, and won’t be distracted.
♾️ Sessions include time for sharing what’s present for you before and after the breathwork, a short opening exercise, and a grounding meditation to help integrate the experience.
♾️ I charge $85 - $100 for a 90-minute private session. I give a range to keep breathwork as accessible and affordable as possible.
Day-to-Day Breathwork

♾️ Sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes. For longer sessions, I often weave in light movement and meditation to support a fuller experience.
♾️ These practices can be done seated or lying down and are perfect for both individual and group settings.

This program can be delivered in person or virtually.
