Have you ever talked about, thought about, or scrolled past the person you are desiring to be? This journey will be different. Breathwork is a somatic practice that allows you to tune into yourself, move the energy and emotions you have been carrying in your body, access your creativity, and open your heart to greater love. This is an embodied experience that will help you awaken your authentic self—not just something to be discussed, analyzed, or scrolled past.

Session 1: Tuning into Yourself
First, we begin by remembering what memories exist in our body archive and what our subconscious is ready to bring to the surface.

Session 2: Befriend Shadows
We often wish we could separate ourselves from these shadows or wounds, but suppressing them doesn’t make them disappear.

Session 3: Creativity & Desires
Having done the hard work, there’s more space to intentionally awaken creativity and reconnect you to your true desires.

Session 4: Loving Yourself
Embrace the wonder of who you are—the one showing up, feeling it all, and evolving. We reflect, affirm, and set steps for what’s next.
Empowered Breathing for Workplace Wellness
In today’s fast-paced world, stress and anxiety are at an all-time high. Managers and leaders recognize that supporting employee well-being isn’t just a perk—it’s essential. This 3-session program is designed to teach evidence-based breathing techniques that manage stress, enhance focus, performance, mindset, productivity, and overall well-being for you and your employees.
Each session focuses on breathwork and mindfulness techniques that can be practiced at different times of the workday: 1) before work, 2) during work, and 3) after work. Employees will learn powerful breathing patterns—and, most importantly, when to use them—to support their specific goals. The program can be delivered in person or virtually.
